Garden Care and Horticulture Ms. Cure's passion for horticulture began at an early age. Jennie helped her father with the family vegetable garden and grew flowers in the gardens around the house all of her youth. Having a B.S. in Biology, Jennie has worked in public gardens and nurseries. Her experience with a variety of plant materials and varying conditions is extensive. Jennie's "Creating Special Spaces" come into play with the development of micro-climates for the plant material, created by using man-made elements and the plants themselves, for example: the use of big trees to protect small plants or to create a space with their own canopies. The wonderful opportunity in the Southwest to grow such a wide variety of plant material is enhanced by the architectural elements that can be used to create special spaces.
